Shockingly under the garb of 2 Farmer's Bills substantial damage has been caused to LAWYERS COMMUNITY, by excluding Jurisdiction of Civil Courts in all matter under those Bills. All important litigation will not come to regular Civil Courts.
Surprisingly, a new SDM level authority will be created to deal with cases and conciliation is mandatory. This model will seriously jeopardize interest of both the lawyers and litigants.
Our experience with Tribunals has been very dismal, so much so that now lawyers have been excluded from being appointed to the Tribunals.
The Structure under these bills is much worst, which will not only deprive justice to litigants but the lawyers will suffer professionally, in the wake of various challenges already faced. Creating another authority, is hardly the need of the hour.
District Courts have already been damaged by withdrawing work from their jurisdiction from time to time, although District Court are part of basic structure under the Constitution to render affordable justice to people at door step.
